Mango Pudding

It seems like everytime we go out to a sushi place or to Korean BBQ they always have a mango dessert. This was inspired by that, I’ve been thinking up ways to create this for a long time and today I had the courage to actually attempt it! I’ve made some adjustments to the recipe upon trying the finished product. I hope you all enjoy this recipe ūüôā


                                                           Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup boiled hot water
  • 1 Packet of Gelatin
  • 1/4 Cup sugar (don’t add unless you like it a bit sweeter)
  • 1 Can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 Cup mango puree

                                                            Directions

First grab a big medium size mixing bowl and a whisk. In a kettle, boil some water. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to the bowl and empty contents of 1 packet of gelatin. Stir until any clumps are gone.

Now to this mixture you are going to add the sugar, condensed milk and the mango puree. Give it a good stir, then simply add to bowls or ramekens. Refrigerate it for a couple hours and it should be ready to serve (has to be stiff). If you want to garnish it simply dice up a fresh mango or top it with items like ice cream and whipped cream!
