I’ve seen all sorts of smoothie bowls all over the internet lately, It’s the new “it” thing to do. I thought I’d give it a try so I made my version of it. I call it the Very Berry Smoothie Bowl. Here’s what I used for the base (smoothie part):
- 1 Frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp ground Almond
- 1/2 Cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 Cup fresh strawberries
- 15 0z Unsweetened Original Almond Breeze
For the toppings I chose to go with blackberries, raspberries and pecans. The choices of toppings are just endless!
I have to say this is pretty fun, you can create some yummy smoothie bowls. I can’t wait to try out some different variations. Have you tried this? let me know what your favourite combo is!
