We went grocery shopping this morning and we picked up some new products to try. I really wanted a granola mix for upcoming smoothie bowls, I found one by Kelloggs that looked too good to leave. It has dried strawberries, dried cranberries, puffed rice and quinoa flakes. It actually tasted super good in this blackberry smoothie bowl! Here’s what I used to make the smoothie.
- 15 oz Almond Breeze (original, unsweetened)
- 1 Cup spinach
- 1/4 Cup fresh blackberries
- 1 Tsp natural honey.
Then for toppings I used the Kelloggs granola, fresh raspberries and pecans.
It’s simple, easy to make, healthy and filling!
