I was craving a smoothie with this nice warm weather today. Decided to experiment a little today! I’ve also found a new fave granola, which complimented this so well. Here’s what I used in this smoothie.
- 1 Whole frozen banana
- 4 Chunks of frozen mango
- 1/2 an Apple, cut into smaller chunks
- 1/4 Cup spinach
- 15 oz Almond Milk
- Love Crunch Granola (Apple Cinnamon), just for topping
As you see I didn’t really add anything besides the banana to sweeten the smoothie because the granola itself is pretty sweet. I love the granola because of the green apple chunks, it adds a nice tartness to the sweet granola. Did I mention that this is vegetarian? I absolutely loved this smoothie bowl!
