I did a little more experimenting today! partly because I needed to use up some fruit before it got over ripe. It sure did pay off though, this smoothie bowl just had a wonderful tropical taste. Here’s what I used to create this:
- 1 Organic atulfo mango
- 2 Organic blood oranges (small)
- 1 Scoop Raw Fit protein powder
- 1 Banana
- 15 oz Almond milk
- pecans (topping)
So to make one bowl full I used half of the mango, the other half I used as a topping. Same thing with the blood orange, I used one (peeled) in the smoothie and the second one was used to top it ( they were fairly small). I absolutely loved the flavour of this smoothie bowl and its very filling!
