I don’t even know where to start! I’ve been keeping super busy lately. I have a huge project I’m working on, which hopefully I’ll be able to reveal to all my readers in a few months. It’s going to be a big life changer, I’m putting my heart and soul into it! I’m investing a lot of time and my savings into it… eeek! I can’t wait!!
That’s all I’m going to say about that part of my life for now. Diet wise I’ve maintained being vegetarian for 5 weeks now. It’s a lot easier now, meat cravings are almost non- existent (Although chicken wings still smell yummy). My skin has continued to stay clear aside from an occasional single blemish around that certain time of the month. I found that even when I get a blemish their completely different then the ones I used to get. In the past when I ate meat my blemishes would be more centred around my chin area and they would be deep cystic types. Now its a simple little one that clears up in a couple days for me that makes this diet change worth it. I’ve battled with acne for a long time and tried all sorts of products (even Proactiv) but they never seemed to help. I only wish I could have known about this earlier on. If your in a similar situation give it a try! Our skin is a reflection of what’s going into our body, eat crappy and your skin will show it.
On another point, my plants have grown a lot! My next project will be replanting some of them into bigger pots and providing them something to grow onto for support. That will be a project I’ll be working on when I have a day off from work. Check back for that post, I’ll have a lot of pictures 🙂
